One question though has anyone else been tempted to pour loose glitter into the cracks in the jar?  No just me?

Lol! I thought about it, but I like my partner too much to do that to her.  Cheesy

And today I FINALLY found the right jar! Hooray! Now to pack in my whimsies and see if there is any space left for more fun stuff.  Smiley

I got a swap box once that had loose confetti hearts in it....recently, actually on a supply swap...and I am STILL finding those damn hearts all over my house!  One even ended up on the patio either cuz it stuck to my foot or my cat's foot  Undecided  I spent the better part of a day ridding my carpet of them when I opened the box and pulled out the items in it and those blasted things went everywhere...

hahaha! If that were me I would have 2 dogs fighting over who could eat more glitter hearts! I like the visual though of confetti hearts exploding when you open the package!  Cheesy

ooo glitter! as fun as that would be it would just end up on the floor, and in my cats eyes. (she's got HUGE sensitive eyes) i think putting some glitter in a baggie would be safer! and more usable! :oP

Yeah all packed up now. I too had trouble cramming it all in a "jar" so I did two jars and a zip lock bag over flow. Smiley Ahhh I hate waiting for people to get suprises, I want to just post pictures now. Smiley Whimsies swapping is like Christmas for me. I love this... Grin

After my then kitten chomped up a metalic confetti, I dread open confetti in anything.  The person who sent that envelope to me felt so bad, she started labeling her mailings with "loose confetti enclosed" just to be careful.

I hadn't thought of glitter but am planning on something along those lines.  Feel free to PM me for the idea, unless you're on a cruise to somewhere warm and tropical, AKA, you know who you are Wink

Maybe fill the cracks with soft stuff like postage stamp fabric squares.  You can cram them into the jar pretty well with a chopstick or knitting needle or wooden or plastic mixing spoon or a pen until that becomes too short and then try an unsharpened pencil....not that I have ANY experience doing this *sarcasm*  Grin
