Next pattern: make a cute little pocket pet.

Tiny Mouse



You will need:
Mouse coloured yarn.
Pink yarn for tail.
A little black yarn for eyes.
3.5mm hook.
Stuffing.

Round 1: Ch 2, 4sc in 2nd ch from hook.
R2: [Inc 2 (work 2 sc into 1 st), sc] around (6 st).
R3: [Inc 2, 2 sc] around (8 st).
R4: [Inc 2, 3 sc] around (10 st).
R5: 10 sc.
R6: [Inc 2, 4 sc] around (12 st).
R7: Round with ears: [4 sc, (*ear, working in the front loop only of next st: ss, ch 1, 4 dc, ch 1, ss*), 2 sc, (*ear*), 4 sc] (12 st).
R8: 12 sc.
R9: 3 sc, inc 2, sc, inc 2, sc, inc 2, 4sc (15 st).
R10: [Inc 2, 4 sc] around (18 st).
R11- 14: 18 sc.
R15: [Dec 2 (work 2 sc together), sc] around (12 st).
R16: Dec 2 around (6 st).
FO, stuff. Use black yarn to embroider eyes (use French knot if you like), then sew up the hole.

Tail:
Using pink yarn ch 21, ss into 2nd ch from hook and then the rest of the chain. FO leaving a long piece of yarn. Sew to mouse body, and use yarn to embroider a nose.

These are about 3 inches long and would probably make nice keychains.

Mini Ice cream Cones.



You will need:
Ice cream coloured yarn.
Cone coloured yarn.
A little yarn to make choc chips, or whatever else your ice cream has in it
OR small beads to be sprinkles.
3.5mm hook.
Stuffing.

Make ice cream and cone separately.

Top:
Round 1: Ch 2, 6sc in 2nd ch from hook.
R2: Inc 2 (work 2 sc into 1 st) around (12 st).
R3: [Inc 2, sc] around (18 st).
R4 R7: 18 sc.
R8: Working in front loops only [ss, 2 hdc into next st] around.
FO.
Decorate ice cream either using French knots or sew beads on for sprinkles.

Cone:
Round 1: Ch 2, 5sc in 2nd ch from hook.
R2: Inc 2 (work 2 sc into 1 st), 5 sc (6 st).
R3: [Inc 2, 2 sc] around (8 st).
R4: 8 sc.
R5: [Inc 2, 3 sc] around (10 st).
R6: 10 sc.
R7: [Inc 2, 4 sc] around (12 st).
R8: 12 sc.
R9: [Inc 2, 5 sc] around (14 st).
R10: 14 sc.
R11: [Inc 2, 6 sc] around (16 st).
R12: 16 sc.
R13: [Inc 2, 7 sc] around (18 st).
FO, leaving a long tail of yarn.

Stuff both halves then sew together, going through the back loops on the last round of the ice cream.
