I found instructions for this skirt in a book i found in my basement, all about making clothes, from like 1967.

Ha! This looks very much like what I wore today! It's St. Patty's day and I wore a pink skirt with a green nektie as a belt. everyone complimented me on it. I love the idea of sewing it onto the skirt.

You need to use brackets [ and just use img for the pic to show
