I'm in love with those little cupcake hats on babies, so I thought I'd have to make one too!

I do think it could of used some sprinkles or something....but I didin't want to add beads because it was for a little girl, and you never know with all the choking hazards. I want to make a fuzzy baby blue one with a dark brown base for my baby boy, but my fiance already said his son cannot wear cupcakes. We will see Tongue

I need to learn how to crochet beads right onto the project I think  Grin

Yeah, and my baby-daddy said his son couldnt wear a sweater with a big smiley fish on it.
Just do it when they're not around Wink.

Love your cupcake.  I think it looks nice sprinkle-less, but you could always just knitbroider some on.

If it had grown up, it would have made a dreadfully ugly child; but it makes rather a handsome pig, I think.

Crocheting beads into your work is very simple! You just thread the beads on before you start, and when you want to place one, you just slide it up and slipstitch around it to hold it in place!

I love these cupcake hats, they're so sweet!

This is awesome, you did a great job  Grin  And i agree, a blue cupcake sounds great for a boy!

If you are thinking of knitting the beads in - its actually a lot simpler than it sounds and theres a project to make a small purse in the stitch and bitch books - sorry cant remember which one it is, but its really well described- and very fun!

keep up the good crafting  Wink
