These are the first pieces of jewelry I've put together - I made them for the Four Element Swap.  Very simple of course - beads on memory wire ... but I thought they were pretty cute.  Each one has stones that are appropriate for that element ...

I LOVE that Craftster inspires me to try new things ... I didn't even know all those jewelry supplies were out there until I really looked!  Oh no - another new craft to spend all my time and money on  Grin !!

I love the chip stone beads with the letter beads. They look great!

Very nice. Smiley Isnt yellow the traditional colour for air? Im not really sure. Not that it matters if it is of course.

What kind of stones did you use?

Gorgeous! I've been looking for some quick crafts lately (ie. 20 mins or less - gotta love fighting strep!). My friends' birthdays have just past, and I was wondering what to make for them. Thanks for the amazing inspiration!!

TallTeenTurtle - you are totally correct - yellow is the traditional color for Air.  But I always use amethyst as an Air stone, because the qualities of amethyst (spiritual wisdom, psychic ability, dreams, higher thought processes, intelligence ... etc.) are all Air qualities.  Amethyst is really known more as a Water stone.  Plus, the purple color is also associated with all those Air properties ... I always send an explanation with the craft when I use amethyst!
