For this summer I was selected to be in my school's summer arts festival. I chose to promote clothing reconstruction. I wanted to highlight all the different designs and things one can do with clothing, so I used only old clothing for the project: some I brought from home and some I had donated to me.

A majority of the pieces featured I did over the summer (the ones with 'before and after' pictures) while the others I either completed before the project or I completed during the project.

I also wanted to pay homage to craftster.org and its awesome crafter community, so I decided to have the exhibit be entirely online for everyone to see Smiley

Although I am happy that the exhibit was successful and I really challenged myself in creating these pieces, I am not entirely satisfied with the way the pieces were presented. Not to say I don't like the website idea, I'm totally cool with that, its just that not all the pictures/pieces did not make the website for whatever reason. So, I would like to show the other pieces and more of the others that were limited on the website. I also have a couple of pieces I made after the project was over, anywho enjoy!! and keep on crafting!!!! Cheesy

Before (originally, I tried making a shirt with both these but they ended up in different projects, the shirt became...well a shirt Tongue and the button up became a skirt Smiley ):
