re-established vintage dress and back to the future tshirt!

i found this lil dress at goodwill... a huge polyester monstrosity that made my friend recoil in horror. but the collar was awesome, and i thought it had some kind of potential... you tell me...


i cut the middle out and inserted a thick gray band (made of new rib knit), shortened and puffed the sleeves and trimmed them in gray, tightened and shortened the entire thing and put a band around the bottom. i also changed the buttons on the shoulder from gold to silver


pretty fun!

my sister bought me this tshirt at a thrift store a couple months ago... i seriously screamed when she gave it to me; back to the future is my FAVORITE movie ever, hands down, and i've been wanting a BTTF tshirt for forever. the only problem was, it was several sizes too big (to the tune of men's XL), so i turned it into a fitted baseball t. sorry i don't have a before picture


here is the back. also, check out my sweet new jeans. I LOVE ACID WASH.

I'm loving the dress.  That collar is sweet, good job spotting something like that.  You're giving me inspiration, and I'm a second semester senior, now. so that's dangerous (loads of time on hand, grades are no longer sent to schools, I'm in the clear)
