My darling little sister* is turning 7 this week and I finally decided to get off my backside and do something for her.
She's currently taking ballet classes and last time I saw her she was moaning about not having a tutu,and, as they're relatively simple to make I figured that's what I could do for her birthday =]. The hardest part of this was getting a rough idea of size... She's tiny  Shocked
