I recvd from Mel_Cap a few days ago but couldn't find the gallery to post.

So anyways, here's what I recvd.

Lots of Candle Wax crystals and some uber long wicks that will be so useful and other candle making stuff.  Awesomeness.  I can't wait to use this at my next candle making party.

Thanks so much melcap.  The colors are perfect.  I love that shade of blue, and that green is great

I am glad people are so please with what they have received!

Freestyle: I wish I could take credit for drying all those things, but I didn't do it. The only thing I ever dry for myself is fresh basil... I use the Elton Brown method. All of those herbs were purchased from SF Herb Co in bulk and I wanted them to have good homes because I wasn't going to be able to use them up in time (ie before they stop being good and smelly) I use them mostly in my soap making endeavors, but they are good additives to candles, sachets, popouri and home made paper as well as being good to cook with and make tea from (those things that are edible that is). SF Herb is an excellent place for such things... really good prices to. If you are in to that stuff that is. If anyone is jealous I have more and might be persuaded to do a personal swap.

Happy Swapping everyone!

Please try to remember to PM me when you receive. Its difficult trying to keep track otherwise! Thanks

I swap, so in crafting terms I guess that means I put out... You?

I think I should send more stuff now! I followed the rules (sent a little over the $10 amount) but it wasn't 6 skeins worth! Blargh.

Please, don't make yourselves crazy! If you feel you didn't ship enough ASK you partner what they think. Perhaps they got what they shipped you for Free... maybe they bought it like fifty years ago and they would rather you have it then it waste away collecting dust. The dollar value of what I shipped was probably well beyond ten dollars, but it wasn't worth that to me... I wanted to see the back of it. So I shipped it to someone who wants it. So don't feel bad about what you shipped. Swappers remorse and anxiety is almost always from the shipper worrying that they didn't give/make/swap enough. That said... talk to your partner once they receive!

Happy Swapping

I did get a package of beading goods that will be put to good use. As soon as I go out today and buy a new camera, I can post pictures and give a good thank you!

When it comes to yarn, it depends on the type of yarn. If it's one of the general yarn brands like Lion Brand, Red Heart, Bernat, Caron, etc. that you can buy pretty much anywhere, then you would want to send 6. But if it's expensive alpaca silk, 1 or 2 skeins would suffice because well it's expensive and high quality. So that's kind of how you want to gauge whether you sent enough or not. I would totally be ok with 2 skeins of alpaca silk yarn Grin
