i remember making these for my kids but i used terry towel but yours are great so modern and the viny is definitely a plus for wipe clean!
did you double stabilize after the first one? the others havent stretched at all.
i love the heart design is it yours? or can you share the link?
great posts.
i must get inspired and make something on my embroidery machine its been a while!
cheers cyndiq

thanks cyndiq!

i didn't double stabilize them, no. the first one posted wasn't actually the first one i stitched, and i didn't have any problems with the other designs. the cassette tape was just too many stitches in one place!

the heart design isn't mine, it's a sublime stitching embroidery pattern that i digitized, so i can't share it, unfortunately. i'm sorry!

Dude. HOW did I just now notice these? Truly awesome. Reminds me of that glitter vinyl sample I picked up awhile back (*digs in desk* ... there it is). And kudos on the digitizing!

Yowza!  I love working with vinyl and this may be the inspiration I need to finally learn to use the embroidery features on my 5 year old Pfaff!  [hangs head in shame]

Do you find a difference in how stretch vinyl performs vs. the non-stretch kind?  What about different weights?

Gah! These are just great! I never thought to look into wingdings for good things to digitize.
