I came across some of this teeth fabric about six months ago and fell in love. I tried to get more (the first one I bought was an orange colourway and I haven't used it yet) but it's ten years out of print and super rare.  I did find a couple of yards of this red colourway and snapped it right up.  It's been languishing in my stash because I love it so much I don't want to use it.  You know how it is!  Roll Eyes  And I wanted to make something for the boy, but I still can't figure out what... any ideas?

Anyway, I bit the bullet and made another little reversible swing top, the back is a super-colourful dotty fabric.  Teeth side has a massive yellow button and dotty side a massive orange one.  I think I like it most with the button in the front, but like the baby booty showing in the back too.  Grin

Feedback always appreciated!

It's my own pattern, but I'm having a free giveaway on my blog starting today: http://kitschycoo.blogspot.com/2009/01/happy-teeth-happy-me-maybe-happy-you.html  There's not too many entries yet so you're in with a good chance!

You are soooooooooo good!

Sorry I have not posted any pictures of my finished product yet, but trust me when I say they look great! I was so impressed with what I did (and I didn't even think I could do it). I had a person from worktell me that she would pay me to make her one for her daughter. WEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

Oh, also, I am not sure if i ended up telling you that the size was perfect! The smaller size fits her. The larger size looks more like a dress (but it is cute on her too)!

My oldest daughter is not really happy with me at this point, because I have not made her one. I told her the pattern was too small for her and she told me to make it bigger. I tried to explain I do not know ho to do that, but it was useless to argue with an 8 years old.

I just found out I am pregnant again. and thought these little smocks would be great for a maternity shirt, but again I do not know how to increase the size of the pattern properly. Do you think this would be something hard for me to attempt? How would I start? If you you wouldn't mind assisting me with your expertise.  Wink

Hope your trip home went well (from the holidays).

Darling! I've never turned a swing top around like that. I'm going to try it!
