well i am partial to doing things now instead of later so I used duct tape as a base because I have made many things out of the stuff.  Then I used packaging clear tape to apply the labels. I sewed the zipper on and did a weaving for the pop tabs with ribbon.

I suggest if you want to do the weaving to look it up on youtube, use a ribbon thats more heavy duty, and about a centimeter or a little more in width.
