What do you do when everyone in your house is sick? dig out all your old projects and post them on craftster, of course.

So I made all my Christmas presents myself, and I had 2 rules: they all had to be projects I could complete in one evening, and they had to be made completely from mats I had on hand. This was less to torture myself and more necessity, because I was BROKE at Christmastime. Which is why some of the things I made were from bizarre fabrics. I got about a yard and a half of this crazy fleece from a friend. It's blue and white and black and grey with huge trouts (I think... either way I'm going to call them trout because it's funny) printed all over it. Considering that my son is about a year and a half, it pretty much just looks like abstract colors until you look close, so it works. Without further ado, the Trout Jedi Master Robe of Coziness!

sorry about the wierd angle... he doesn't feel good at all and just wants to cuddle in my lap. Oh, and please excuse the horrid mess!

Awww, such a cute kid, a good craft (making babies is crafty, right?)! Smiley

But yeah, the robe's pretty freaking cute, too. The white pops like crazy, I like.

That looks sooo warm and cozy!  I know he must love it!  Oh, and nobody cares about a messy house with a sick kiddo and crafts to be completed! Grin
