It's too bad I'm at school with no sewing machine, otherwise this swap would be perfect for me...   Sad

Oh lovely, I must join this swap even though I have a lot going on right now, but this is something too good to miss! It helps a lot that the actual crafting time is so long. Cheesy

Can I ask...would anybody even be interested in a knitted purse?  It would be really fun to make a cool purse with intricate cables...but is this more of a sewn, functional, workhorse bag swap?

Pick me, Pick me!  I'd love a knitted bag!  I just sent in my info.  Hopefully I can play along with all of you.

I see a *problem with this swap already.  First, how many bag patterns are out there (do I own myself)?  Second, you saw that amazing questionarre?  10 things to possibly go into the bag and work the bag around.  Let me just say, I get easily distracted by bright shiny objects, bags, fabrics...Hey a bird just flew by my window.  I AM SO EXCITED!  How many goodies can I work into one bag?  Hmmmm.

*meant as "funny Ha Ha" and I've got too many ideas to know what to do with.

The bag doesn't have to fit with ALL the themes/hobbies, right?  We just have to write a bunch so that our partner has choices....right?

Yeah, I was thinking too that the 10 hobbies/such are just for inspiration and the partner doesn't have to use them all. The questionnaire was also great for some further ideas! But yeah, I'm sure I'm going to face the problem that I want to give my partner everything she likes. But I think we just have to find a way to fit the best ideas into one perfect bag for our partners. Smiley
