Hi there!  So I found some perfect black canvas shoes at walmart for like $6 for my daughter that were just calling out to me to be painted.  I decided the girl needed some Star Wars!  I used the Tulip soft fabric paint.  I thinned some of it out with water when using it.  Beware, though, because when that paint come into contact with water, it makes it shimmery/glittery.  I don't know why it does it, it just always have for me in all the colors.  So, my girl's shoes are pretty glam fab now, but she's a girl so it works for her to have sparkly Star Wars.  ^_^

I've saving these bad boys as one of her Christmas presents since they are still too big for her.  So, shhhhh, don't tell her!  Wink Thanks for looking!

Those are awesome shoes! I love them. I especially like the Darth Vader side. The Death Star behind him is cool. You did an amazing job. I am going to need some action shots of your little cutie when she gets them on her feet!

Thanks everyone!  Smiley

Maybe you should try something small first, like baby shoes like I did here.  I find painting smaller scale is easier for me than a larger scale.  ^_^

I will definitely add some action shots when she can wear 'em!
