last night i was just browsing craftster feeling totally inspired. and i hadn't sewn in like a month and a half. So, i got to thinking about what i had in my stash, which i coincidentally have this AWESOME hounds tooth thats green and brown, then i dawned on me, i have this Eddie Bauer stretch cable cardigan in the perfect brown. i dissected it and this is what i came up with.

Oh, I love this.  Grin  I agree that leaving the buttons and stuff in place is a stroke of genius. Plus the houndstooth is just fab. looks great with the knit.
