Okay, not the most earth-shattering crafting ever done, but I made these for my ex-mother-in-law (mother-out-law?) for xmas. I bought some inexpensive teatowels, then got some fat quarters from spotlight, cut and sew and stitch and bob's your uncle!
tower-o-towels:

there were 3 black and 3 white towels. Here is one of each

And some close-ups of the fabric

They were fun and simple to make. I hope she enjoys using them.

Yeah, we are better friends than my ex is with her.. Cheesy She is really nice, we always got along. She is supportive of him, but but not to the point where she is nasty to me. I'm lucky - I have always liked his family.
