Hi! =)

I made this while watching The X-Files (I am SO in love with Fox Mulder and Skully). I took some rather pricey yarn that I never use and decided to try my hand at a bangle. I have HUGE hands, so regular bangles almost never fit. I wanted one. So, here it is. =)

Sorry the photos are crappy. My phone sucks at taking pictures. =S

Thank you for looking. =)

Cute! I never would have thought to crochet over jewelry, it's a great idea. Lots of possibilities!

Adorable, did you use a pattern? I have huge wrists and I'm also going through the Xfiles Smiley

Cute!  I saw some "knitted" bangle bracelets in Old Navy, but they were pretty boring.  Your crocheted one looks MUCH better.  Did you use variegated yarn or several different colors?  Because the stripes are awesome!

And BTW, The X-Files is the greatest show EVER.  I also do most of my crochet projects with my X-Files DVDs playing in the background   Cheesy

Actually - All I did was crochet in a tube, stuff it and then sew it up. =)

Nope. No pattern. I just chained, like, 8 and joined into a circle. And then I crocheted around and around until it fit my wrist.

I'm on season 7. =) X-Files is sooo great. I wish it was still on.

I used a self striping yarn from New Zealand. It's like heaven in a skein. Hehe. =)

YES, yes it is! The X-Files rock my world. =) I can crochet and knit super quick while watching Fox and Skully. =)

It seems that different people have an idea of what I am, and what I should be. And then there's me.

I like this a lot.  Solves the problem of not being able to wear bulky bracelets while typing.  It's almost like a fashionable wrist-rest!
