I'm always amazed when I see the little amigurumi critters over on the crochet board, and while I have delved into the land of the hook, knitting will always be my first love. Here's my interpretation of a round, stuffed and cuddly bunny.

He's two knitted balls, one larger than the other by about and inch, two smaller spheres ended after one round of decrease, a pom pom tail and short-rowed garter stitch ears.   I also discovered that I really love shredded foam as a stuffing medium- it's so much more pliable than fiberfill, albeit a bit more difficult to get into tight spaces.

I've never seen a knitted amigurumi before. Your bunny is really cute. I think the crooked mouth makes him look even cuter than if it were straight.  Cheesy

Sorry, I think I'm a terminal 'just wing it' patient.  I wrote a pattern for fingerless gloves and absolutely hated the process.  It's a future skill set goal though, so maybe one day!

That is so cute! I wish I had the patience to learn how to knit little amigurumi; I'll just stick with my hooks for now.
