Very cool!  Is it framed fabric?  Or something else?

I used two different scrapbook papers. I cut out the design from one paper and put it on the other. Then I used the shell of the cut out and put it on anoth one of the other paper. Not sure if that makes sense. One is the cut out on cream, the other is what was left after cutting it out put on another cream paper.

I saw it on her wist and loved it. So, I gave it a try and I love the results!
