I found these gold shells at a local thrift store for $0.60/each.  Each one has a hanger on the back.  My roommate has a TON of beads she recently gave me, many of which she's had for more than 10 years.  (not kidding)  I found the animals at a dollar store.  I used hot glue.

This is my first post, so I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post in.

These are great!   Smiley
What are you going to do with them? When I first saw them, I thought they would make for very festive night lights.

Oh I like the idea of making them night lights.

Right now they're justing sitting on my counter.  I'm going to hang them up somewhere, but where?
...that is, unless I think of something better to do with them.

Thanks for your comments!

They are fantastic!  Shiny, thrifty, what more could you want?  Beautiful!

You could send the pick of the giraffe to this guy

and make him happy.

OO and they are really cool I think.  They would be great to get in a circus swap or something
