I just love potholders! Cotton yarn is hard on the hands to use, I guess because it doesn't have any give to it. I have these hanging on my kitchen wall, some given away as gifts, the telephones were comissioned for my mother in law for her friend. The photos of those aren't that great my camera went wonky that day!

The chicken, I loosley based on a vintage pattern I found, and the owl was an embroidered something that I saw a picture of and re-created with crochet. I really like how he turned out.

My mom likes the popcorn the best, most don't know what it is at first.

The Jack Skellington I gave to my brother who has it hanging in his office at his work.

Oh and silly me forgot to add the antennas to the snail! LOL! Oh well!

I'm in love with these!  I can't crochet but I bookmarked it anyway.  I think I can translate some of your designs if I embroider them onto felted sweater scraps.  These would be great to make and keep around as last minute gifts. Fabulous!
