I took an overly large straight ankle length coat with a normal men's type work shirt collar and revamped it into this:


I took apart nearly everything, resized it and used the scraps to make the ruffle around the neckline and cuffs. I trimmed it all in hot pink polka dots.  It's my new favorite coat for not quite winter weather.
