I love making hair flowers, it's so much fun and they are really the icing on the cake
in a well made vintage hairstyle.

All you need is a nice flower, a hair grip/slide/barrette, a bit of felt, small plastic
hobby clamps and some glue.
I use Bostik All Purpose glue because it's the best and it makes the hair flower stay
on for a lifetime.

Me in one of my many hair flowers.
This particular one cost me less than 1 to make.

You wouldn't believe how many times I have clicked on a project that caught my eye and it was something you made.  I love all of your pieces.  You have a great eye for pinup, rockabilly, and vintage style.  Keep posting, I'm inspired.

gosh, thats lovely!
but then all of your stuff is.
it all looks neally professional too, totally flawless.

I love your style, and wear hair flowers myself, but have increasingly more trouble finding nice ones. I have wanted to make my own in the past, but i cant seem to find any nice plastic flowers that don't cost a fortune.

can i ask where you get yours from?

xx

I must say, you have a brilliant eye-you always seem to find the best materials to use in your projects. And the projects themselves always turn out so beautifully!

I love your hair pieces! I don't wear hair band or hair flowers, especially now that I have very short hair Wink, but when I look at your creations I want to start doing so Smiley.
