Here's a beanie I crocheted for a friend for Christmas.  Used the pattern found here:  http://www.allfreecrafts.com/crochet/beanie.shtml.  I lined it using a soft old shirt from the tutorial found here (wonderful tute!!):  http://techknitting.blogspot.com/2008/06/fully-lining-hats-with-polar-fleece.html.  The recipient loved it!!!!

I llove the colors you used. I made a couple beanies that look like this but without the lining (it doesn't get cold enough here for it) and the guys loved them. Maybe I should make one for my friend who actually gets snow and line it. That is a great idea and the tute is a great one... Thanks!

Great idea with the lining!!!! I was thinking about hats with lining just the other day. I like the colors you used as well.  Grin
