I got married on November 1st.  To add to the stress of just plain planning a wedding, I decided to knit the bouquet, boutonnieres (four of them one for the husband to be, father, father to be, and ring bearer), the ring bearer pillow, a flower headband for the flower girl, and corsages (for the mothers).
Right now I just have pictures of the bouquet:

Me carrying the bouquet:

And my husband with a boutonniere:

Whatcha think?

Images of corsages, headband, and ring bearer pillow to come.

P.S.  Not only am I insane enough to knit all these things, but I also hand stamped and printed all of the invitations, RSVPs, and thank you cards myself.  AND I cut the grass and put together all of the centerpieces too.  I am so glad it's over!

Those are great!  Classy, and yet easy to handle and they won't require any extra effort to preserve for the future!

Yeah, that's exactly why I was wanting to knit my bouquet.  I wanted to keep it forever!
