  There is also Ocean State Job Lots, but I can't remember what town it's in.  Dollar Stores can also be a great place to pick things up like tape, those wooden popsicle stick things, and pipe cleaners.  I figure the reason you can get thst stuff for a dollar is because it's surplus.
