Her dress and hair are entirely fimo.  I then hand-painted and glued glass beads to both.  The base is alumite plastic.  I highly don't recommend you doing it this way since it took FOREVER and it was a ton of work.  I'm not sure I'm going to do more than one anyway.  I was using the sparkley fimo and it was so hard to work with...which is why I tried the alumite.  I wish I would have tried the fimo classic first!!!

The alumite is all hand-painted and added cornstarch and water to the paint to make it super matte.  I really liked the way that part turned out.  Thanks for looking!

no no i meant because you decided you didn't go the best way around making it (the material you used) also, i've never done anything like this so i guess i just pictured how much i would have learned if i tried something like this lol.
i really like the detail on the necklace and the back, where the dress is folded

ha ha ha  Thanks!!!  I re-read it and it looks like I was trolling for compliments so I guess I should be apologizing.  Sorry!  I actually did learn a lot.  I was going to do a ton of them but now that I've learned so much I don't want to do another. Wink I guess that was I was insecure...I didn't want to do another one.  ha ha ha.  Thank you too Jenicat!
