 Hi!
I'm a completely nuts about cross stitch Brazilian girl about to move (prob.Feb.2010) to the OC area. Wink
While waiting for the last things to be ready for me to take my plane, I'd like to know about the cross stitch scenario there.Shops I MUST check (specially the smaller ones), craft fairs, stitch & bitch groups, etc...
I'm also learning how to sew, so anything related would be interesting too. I'd love to take a few classes.
Anybody there who can help me? Thanks everyone!
Big hug!

Not many specialty shops, there's some chain stores (Michael's, Joanns, Tall Mouse). One good yarn store in Long Beach (very close to OC) Liscat is the name. Also a Stitchn Bitch there twice a month.
