Thanks for all of the kind comments. Cheesy

Here are the notes I made in my Ravelry project page for this little guy:

The head is completely my own design and was made in five pieces: main head, 2 ears, black mouth insert, and black hairpiece. I used the size F hook on all of these parts. Yarns used were Bernat Satin (Sable) and Red Heart Saver (Black).

The body was made in the round using the size H hook starting with a magic ring in Lion Brand Suede yarn (Denim) and continuing down to the waistline where I switched to the black acrylic yarn to match the legs. I changed the legs as well to look more like the in-game Sackboys more gradually increased foot base instead of the bell-like shape in the original pattern.

The Starfleet comm badge and trim on the arms were crocheted out of silver DMC floss using the size C hook.

The doll stands (wobbily) 9.5" tall and has red adzuki beans in pantyhose in his legs for weight as well as quarters at the bottoms of his feet to keep the discs flat.

I love how happy your doll is. It's a great juxtaposition to the look your cat is giving. Cheesy

That rawks. He's so cute. Yes indeed, I do think you get a geek card for this. Now I totally want to make a Data or Worf.

Thanks so much!

Now that I've seen the new Trek Movie, I might do another one of Spock with the grumpy face I used on Kratos.

Data and Worf are still on the list, too. LOVE Data.
