I made two lovely tea wallets from this tutorial, http://blog.christyscreations.com/?p=482 one of which I gave as a gift, and the one below, which I kept:





I also had one failed attempt. It went wrong because I used the denim both inside and out, plus interfacing. This made it too bulky so it was a mess when I turned it right way round, but I learnt a lot from those few scraps of material.

All in all the tutorial is super easy to follow and I am really grateful to Christy for posting it!

Thanks for the comments guys. Christy's tute also includes dimensions for a credit card wallet if you wanted to make one. Saves calculating seam allowances!
