I'm going to be in Lancaster for six weeks this summer, and I will of course get my knit on.  Where are there good stores?

I also plan to start spinning in June.  Is it rural enough that I can get cheap fleeces/roving at local farms?

Any advice, pointers, or restaurant recommendations would be much appreciated.

I'm in Lancaster, but I spend tons of time in York at my aunt's or in Northern Baltimore County at my boyfriend's.

I'm currently REALLY bored AND broke, so if anyone wants to get together to craft, let me know!

just curious if you ever got together to scrapbook ??  i live in bloomsburg, but on occasion we travel to York, my SIL and her family live there, she scraps too.

I live in ephrata, and I'm am bored all the time and I want to get out and meet new people...

I also was looking for some kind of art class to take in Lancaster... I know there is the PCAD, but I guess I'm looking more for a craft class.  I don't know, I really want to learn a new skill and meet new people...

Also, I'm moving in two weeks and I would have a perfect spot for a stitch and bitch group if anyone would be interested...

hey kneecola--welcome--I live in Hershey--I have really good friends in Lititz and my SIL lives in Ephrata!

What kind of crafts do you do and is there anything you would be interested in learning?  I think it would be fun to meet with others and just see what everyone is doing and maybe to learn new things, go to craft fairs, etc.
