Wow, the bar has been set very high indeed!  I love to have a Valentine's tea with my friends, it's so much fun!  The embroidered heart is really detailed too.  I really like the tiny little hearts on it.

Did you solder the pendants yourself poyupop?  I've always wanted to learn to do that.  Was it hard?  Did you use glass slides or do you think you could use the plastic fragments from Tim Holtz? ( I've so far only made the faux ones with the plastic pieces and just metal tape, no soldering involved.)

I soldered the pendant myself. I also used glass slides. I have never tried the plastic pieces and I am not sure if they would work well as the iron gets incredibly hot. I bought the soldering iron from Jo-anns, and it isn't as good as the ones we have at work. (thinking about seeing if they have a used lead free one available) The soldering Irons from joanns just do not get hot enough and I am constantly having to reheat the solder. I have been trained in soldering at work so it was very helpful when incorporating it to crafts. Smiley (unfortunately I am no longer in the area where I would be soldering or I would bring my crafts to work with me. hehe)

I received from spotnik today! We both celebrate our anniversary on Valentine's Day so it was a great match!

Here is the outside of the tin, with the heart magnet that had been on the top beside it.

The side and bottom:

inside, though I may debate before giving up the last cookie!:

the goodies!!! The wooden bracelet is a gift for my 5th anniversary as wood is the traditional gift, a wonderful note, a bookmark (I always need more), the black bag held the poly clay beads she made me so that I can make my own necklace.

I love it all - thank you so much spotnik!

I received my lovely tin from Babalina58 today!  It is so sweet & nostalgic.  And the goodies, so very many goodies!!!

loaded to the brim with goodies!

the adorable inside

the matching back... you can't really see it in the pics, but there is also matching ribbon wrapped around it on the side

all the goodies laid out for viewing

The magnets are too sweet!  Like mini works of art for my fridge.  I'm trying to decide if I am going to hide the scrabble tile pendant so that I can keep it, or let my DD see it.  She's 5 & I know if she can get her hands on it, it will be GONE!

Thanks so much Babalina!  It was perfect for me & I love everything!
