I found this purse on line and wanted to make somthing similar.

I chose a different granny square pattern and made 9 small squares per side instead of 4.






I bought the owl lining first and then chose my yarn colors based on the lining.
I ironed Pellon Fusible Interface to the lining.  





I even made a small pocket in the lining!!



It's very loud and colorful and has tons of texture.
My husband said it looks and feels like an expensive purse!




I used bias tape to sew the handles to the lining.

How lovely!  The lining is just perfect and the interior pocket is such a handy thing.  Beautiful work!

Sooooo cute!  That fabric is amazing, who is it by? I have never seen circular granny squares, do you know where I can find the pattern? Sorry for all the Huh but I just love your work Grin
