I love the bird (is it a chickadee?)  My hubby is big into our bird feeders, so something like this is perfect for his valentines day package.

Nice work!

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

I agree!  I know that according to Craftster "cute doesn't need a purpose" but I really do like for my crafts to be useful.  What better than a mini work of art that is also functional!

I got two more today!!

I got this one from CostumeMistress.  It has tikis on one side and book suggestions on the back.

I got this one from RazorBladeSmile (swap angel).  It has a pin up girl and says, "Literacy is sexy."

THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!!!
They are both great.  I have to keep my husband from stealing these two.

Oh I love that one with book suggestions on the back.  That would actually be a good theme in the next round.  Either include a few suggestions on your bookmark or just in a separate note with your package.  What do you think?

I tried to hook people up in groups with like taste that way they could communicate and suggest books to each other if they so desired. Maybe next round I'll have enough time to communicate more with my partners.

You did an amazing job forming the groups in this swap.  No complaints there.  There was talk back and forth about book suggestions, but poor feeble brains like mine need something in writing.  I would  "lol" but unfortunately I'm serious.

Here is the bookmark I got from Michowl - isn't it pretty?  It's watercolor.

Thanks for a great swap, group 2!
