Click here to vote now through February 7th!

Who doesn't love ordering the family special off a Chinese take out menu? All those yummy choices! For this contest, we challenge you to choose items from our "Chinese menu" of found or recycled items, and create something amazing from them. Your project can be anything, but you must incorporate one item from Column A and two items from Column B in your project.

Column A (Choose one)
take out menu
newspaper
junk mail
old postcard

Column B (Choose two)
magazine or catalog
phone book
childrens' book
sheet music
advertisement flyer
brown paper bag

Be creative! Use the items in any way you wish, to make anything you wish. If the item is something like phone book or magazine, you can use all or part of the item. Surprise us!

Crafting begins now through January 23. On January 23 through the 30th, you may post your project here (one entry per person, please), along with an list of what items you used from each Column. Voting will begin January 31 and run for one week.

Winners will receive a fabulous papercraft package courtesy of the amazing and generous SheridanLA, including

A paper making and video kit:

and

An envelope and stationery kit:

So put your thinking cap on and order up! Good luck!

I guess we'll let that count. I amended the rules so it's now "magazine or catalog".  Smiley

Because I'm somewhat literal-minded so need to check these things... can we *only* use the selected items off the menu, or mix the menu stuff with other papery goodness?

Yes you can use other things, as long as you "incorporate one item from Column A and two items from Column B in your project." Smiley
