My 12-year-old daughter has invaded my craft supplies and made some birthday cards for her friends.

She asked me to post them here for feedback! Cheesy

My fave is the one in the bottom L that kinda has a friendship bracelet look to it. I also dig the semi-greek borders on that one. Your girl has a good eye for color  Cheesy

Really cute cards!  My favorite one is the braided one, too.

I don't have the patience to make cards but love receiving home-made ones.  Your daughter's friends are lucky to receive such a thoughtful gift.  I love the border on the braided one...very Aztec-like.

Tell you daughter to KEEP ON CRAFTING!

I like the top one the best, but think they are all great.

Anyone can go out and buy a card, but making a special card for a person shows that you really care about them to take the time and effort to make it and your daughter's friends are lucky to have such a good friend to make them wonderful, thoughful cards.

All the cards are lovely but my favorite is the top one, great colors and composition.  Grin

Thanks KMOM13 and prettyinkpink, she'll happy when I show her these comments when she gets home later!

She has gone on to make more cards and also made some jewellry for her friends. I have a Craftster-in-training here along with her younger sisters!  Cheesy Must admit that I totally love it and the extra crafty-mess is all so worth it!
