This is coming too little too late but I have to try and correct a wrong that I feel I made. Back in October there was a wonderful Halloween swap going on. Krafty_Karasu wanted to get on it but sadly there was something wrong with the timing and she didn't get in the big swap. Sooooo we decided to do a personal Halloween swap. I made her a small package with Hello Kitty in a Halloween costume and she made me a beyond wonderful box FULL of really great Halloween stuff. However I lost my father that same week. SO .......I never got to post photos of her wonderful things and never thanked her publicly for all of her hard work and love that she put into my box.
She really did go over and above. She made us two PERFECT trick or treating bags as well and the girls got to use them. It was a life saver because I don't think I could have made their bags this last year. I was just so sad. They got put up with all of the special Halloween things but the rest of her wonderful stuff stayed out because I either use it still or it was in a special box waiting for next year.
With out further ado....I give you late pictures of one of the best swappers work ever....

Most of it all together. Again minus the bags and they really were great, I am so sorry that they didn't make it in the photo.

the COOLEST spoon for the kitchen, don't know if you can tell in the photo but she beaded a spider and a web on there.

sooooo cute, tiny little cauldrons that were hand painted

HAND BEADED Halloween ornaments. These will be on a tree come next October

One of my favorite necklaces that I own now. I wear this all of the time. Even though it is not fall anymore. It is the prefect length

Again some of my most favorite jewelry that I own now, so dainty and girly. I love this set so much. AND she made them sterling so that I could wear the earrings. How beautiful are these?

Last but not least........

OMG !!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this. It is so pretty. I use it as a pendant and it is just wonderful.

thank you so so much Krafty_Karasu, I am so sorry that it has taken far too long to let you know publicly how cool you are and to show off your things. You were one of the coolest swap partners ever and I cherish every single thing that you made for me. You were very sweet and supportive during a really dark time in my life as well. Your kindness and heart really touched me. I pray that the universe gifts you ten times over for the wonderful things you sent my way.
All that is in my heart,
Tero

The pumpkins and cauldrons are cute as heck, the tree of life pendant is to die for, and the earring and necklace set are very lovely.

All in all, I'd say a great package received.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

girlosun_9  and I did a personal swap. She made me a set of 6 placemats and coasters and I sent her some microfiber/PUL diaper covers for her little one.

I received my package this morning so here are the pics:

I am very pleased with these. I love the patterns/colours she chose for the patchwork parts. They're bold, but not obnoxious. Here's one more pic of 4 of them set on my table just because I'm excited to use them.

Thanks so much!
