How creative!   He would be great to sit out in front of your house for a special event as it would make it easy to find, or you could attract attention for a garage sale or a charity event.

thanks for all the great responses!

we used duck tape brand packing tape and 4 gauge plastic sheeting.  the piece of plastic we have was 10 feet by 25 feet and we used pretty much all of it. 

sometimes the tape would pop off at the seams, so we had to be there to fix it occasionally.  it is definitely more of a temporary special occasion dinosaur than a yard decoration, but maybe with better tape it could be!
