I'm there, but whether it will turn out to be a good marketing tool or not remains up in the air. It has to generate sales, but I'm a pretty patient person. http://www.twitter.com/CraftyChef

I haven't had any sales through Twitter but I haven't written about shop stuff much lately. I didn't like it at first but now I love it!

There are many great marketing tools to use and I agree twitter is one of them. You just need to be really active on them to see results - but that's with everything isn't it?

Congrats on the sale you made... more will come  Wink Wink Wink

I'm slowly learning to use the tools at my disposal! I think I'm getting views from twitter, but no sales yet. New to online business, and it's a steep curve Smiley

Hang in there!  You'll get some sales.  Just keep posting things on Twitter.  I also suggest getting on other social networking sites that can connect to Twitter... like Facebook.  When you start crossing over, it starts boosting up your exposure, which is always good.  I've found that the more social networks I combine with my crafts, the better options I have.  Good luck!   Smiley

I'm on twitter:
http://twitter.com/ismoyo

Haven't gotten any sales from it as far as i know, but i also try not to 'spam' my twitter with only shop updates. Then again, it's also a crazy thought people are really interested in reading what i'm doing all the time.
I do like it as a freelancer, to use twitter as sort of a substitute of the watercooler in an office. Short breaks to read up on what everyone is doing and a chitchat here and there.
