 i have never lined a purse before....and my sewing machine isnt working at the moment (its from 1957 and i dont really know how to fix it lol)  so can anyone suggest which stitch to hand sew the lining in would be best?? i would greatly appreciate it!!!!
  what do you all think?....pls excuse the poor lighting and yucky hospital bathroom! LOL

Oh that bag is gorgeous!!

I have been wanting to try hand sewing a lining myself, mainly because I don't have a sewing machine but I haven't had the chance to give it a try.

I did find this tutorial online that looked really helpful. I haven't tried it yet but you might want to check it out.

Let us know how it goes!!

i think i used an F or G hook....crap i cant remember. im pretty sure it was F     and yeah i used wool ease the worsted weight i believe Cheesy  i know that's not very helpful lol but Cheesy

no, that's all i need to know! tomorrow it's off to walmart to buy a hook and some caron simply soft ECO! (i'm a "green") thank you!
