I decided to make one of my favorite desserts into cupcake form. I can't remember my exact recipe, but it was super easy. Make your favorite chocolate frosting recipe, then add a cup of Carnation malted milk powder. I added malt to the cake batter too, but could barely taste it.

Wow!  What a yummy idea.  I love malt, but I never would have thought to add it to frosting.  Now I have to try this.

It seems that different people have an idea of what I am, and what I should be. And then there's me.

This is a great idea, thank you for sharing!  Now I know what I can do with all that Carnation malt mix my guy won't use.  I'm sure they'd be even better with a whopper on top of all that frosting  Cheesy
