I am working on the Anemone Lady from Barbara Hammett's Art Nouveau.  I can't seem to find a picture of the finished work anywhere but here is what I got so far.  I started this on New Years Day!

A few years ago I completed another design from this book and it took me about two years, so I am shocked at how fast this one is moving!

My etsy shop...I am also looking for some personal swaps in the form of fabric. Scraps of all kinds. Big or small black or white, you get the picture.

I'm so excited I got my patterns in the mail!  Now I just have to go buy the embroidery floss; all 78 colors!!  I'm slightly intimidated now.  Here's a pic of what I'm attempting....

And the other that will follow next year hopefully...

Or vice versa. I haven't decided yet.

ATC personal swap? I spy quilt square swap?

Here's the start of mine...

One down, eleven more to go.  *sigh*  If I manage to do one per month I might be able to give it to my husband for valentine's day next year. Cheesy

Currently taking a hiatus from swapping.  Sad

I've always wondered what disease cured ham had.

Well here's my BFP for the year. Van Gogh's Starry Night. I actually started it a couple of days before Xmas, and the pattern was all traced out ready to go for the better part of a year   Smiley

    It's approximately 14"x 11"

And a couple of close ups of what I've managed to do so far :

I found the pattern on this colouring page site:  http://www.edupics.com/
It has some pretty different stuff from other colouring pare sites.

That is going to be unbelievable! You've already made great progress.

This crafter is out of service most of the rest of 2015 due to a wild schedule, swapping once in a while when I can't fight the feeling anymore ("I've forgotten what I started fighting fooooor...").
Personal swaps: I have lots of home-grown rosemary and white sage available, plus altered journals.

I've wanted to get into embroidery for a while and all these projects are super inspiring!

Thanks calluna ! I'm very excited to see this done. If you told how long it has taken me to do that much....oh my..lol.

But I'll have a lot more time to do this, and I'll need something to keep my hands busy...I quit smoking...YAY. Well at this moment I really don't feel so exuberant.
