Here's my purple item for April.  It is a black tote bag with an appliqued purple piece of candy and it is lined with the same purple fabric.  I made it completely from stash for the Buy Nothing/Green Swap where I was a swap angel.

The rapunzel scarf was also something I sent her and it has a little bit of purple in it.

I apologize for the poor picture quality.

Ooops!  Got busy with swap crafting...  I need to check my projects and see if I can find a purple in there! Tongue

Imafundork- that looks like a fun tote!  The piece of candy is cute!

Found one!  Well, sort of....

Please excuse the hoop and marker lines, I haven't washed/ironed it yet.  This little owl is on a WIP bag for my grandmother.  Well it will be a bag when I figure out what to use for handles!

Here's the purple I've been working on - not finished yet, because I'm mostly working on a medieval dress that has to be finished in two weeks, and right now I'm still working on the muslin...
Looking rather pink. Magenta and fuchsia it is. Call it purple, please.

It's meant for a personal swap. I hope the nice lady on the other side of the Earth will like them. Smiley

Those beads look nice & purple on my screen!  Wink Are they paper or fabric?  I just saw an article about fabric ones.

Good luck on the dress!

Thanks, I'll need it... Unfortunatelly, it's not metallic colour. Grin It's green, and for a while I thought I'd make it the March green, but I was struggling with school things instead and didn't do much on it in March... I have high hopes in 8th of May, which is a public holiday here in the Czech Republic.

They're paper. I don't know about fabric ones, even though I guess I'd be able to figure it out if I wanted. Cheesy

Yesterday's quick project I made so that there'd be something metallic here!
Of course, it's not really metallic, it's just a silvery cotton satin shawl...

And I'm not really going to wear it with that dress, because it's actually more yellowish than the dress in real life. But it looks good for a photo.

It seems nobody did, so you don't need to worry that much. Cheesy

I'm glad you like it. It was a remnant of fabric for a symbolic price of 3 CZK and called to become a shawl... I tried the baby-hemming technique on it.

I need to work on the accuracy of my sewing, but otherwise it's a simple technique with awesome results! The ironing/pressing is crucial, of course.
