I'm looking for more Canadian online fabric/sewing supply stores.  I have been happily shopping at PinkPandaFabrics, but would like more selection from a Canadian source.  Any shops you can tell me about?

I have not bought fabric online, but I have dealt with

www.agreatnotion.co m.  They are based in Surrey BC, and I see them at the sewing festival in Toronto every year.

www.joannescreative notions.com.  She is based in Brampton, ON and I've also dealt with her at the sewing festival too.

I am not sure what kind of fabric you are looking for?  Garment or Quilting?

I did a google search and came up with a few quilting and garment fabric online stores.

I look for fabrics from Heather Ross, Joel Dewberry, and other designer medium quilt-weight fabrics, but I use them mostly for clothes and bags.  Other than Pinkpandafabrics.co m  I have found nothing in Canada.  After awhile of checking out many many etsy fabric shops (most which are not Canadian) I just give up.  I do like pink panda, but I am looking for more selection.

I did not know about  the sewing festival in Toronto though... I may have to check that out!  Thanks for the tip!

Okay now that you've told me a little more, there is a great online store http://www.tonicliving.com, they are Canadian and they deal in cool cottons and upolstry fabrics.

Some more shops are
http://www.sew-sisters.com/classes.htm
https://secure.designerfabrics.ca/shop/scripts/ they deal in high and low end everything.

I also found this, which gives a whole bunch of stores online.

I went to the Wazoodle site and it looks cool.  There is a yard sale section I will check out when I have more time.

This is the link for the sewing festival in Toronto http://www.csnf.com/.

They are not having a spring show this year and I found this http://sewfestwest2010.blogspot.com/ which is taking place in Kitchener about the same time that the spring show would have been in Toronto.

There are some quilt shows coming up in the spring, I know Etobicoke is at the end of march.  They have merchant malls, and a member boutique and I saw some good deals the last time I was at a show.  You might want to check those events out.

Wazoodle.com is fairly popular on another sewing site to which I belong. They are based in Canada and carry more garment fabrics like cotton jerseys, fleece, and flannels. I have never ordered from them personally but those who have had great things to say, especially when they have their flash sales.
