Yay, I'm finished.  I really hope flower likes it.  I had to fight myself to keep it, so now I'll just have to make one for myself.  So in spite of the 'glue incident' which, by the way,  happens with frequency around here and the extra fabric and thread and fat-quarters and yarn and button that I just HAD to buy when I went to the craft store I am ready to send out.  I am so glad I signed up for this swap!  What a great first time.  Wink

I just packaged up my OTT and I hope to run by the post office tomorrow to get it out. If I don't get there in time, I'll have to take it Monday. (The automated postal machine doesn't let you ship international packages through it.)

I'm still nervous about the item but I think it's cool so I hope my partner is happy with it. Grin

That's me too! SLow and steady! which is good that you are also at that pace since we are partners! My problem is that I have picked up on so many new crafts lately I'm trying to figure out which one to make! I have so many good ideas I can't decide! This past week I have been busy moving my whole craft space from down in the basement corner to the whole 3rd floor! I outgrew my corner and needed more room. We have a cape cod house and don't use the 3rd floor bedroom (the whole upstairs) and thought that would be a good place to move too...now just trying to sort and organize! Not to mention that tomorrow is a get together for my father in law, bro in law, and sis in laws birthday...and I have no money and haven't made anything yet! Anybody have a quick bday gift idea for any of them?Huh I have polymer clay, sewing stuff, a scroll saw (that I haven't tried yet!), paint, and a buch of other little things I could use to make them stuff...what do you think???

Quick gift ideas: fabric drink coasters with their names stitched on them,  polymer clay earrings for SIL, tin of cookies, little key chains made with the scroll saw, and book ends.

Oh Good! That would be me too.  I have a idea of what I want to make - just not sure I can make it work.  Hope to start this weekend.

I am also 'slow but steady'. Tried one thing out, didn't work, worked on parts yesterday and I am torn on them. I apparently need a day or 2 to look at things to decide if I like them or not.  Tongue
