An apron for holding the supplies needed to braid a horse for show.  It was made from 2 or 3 pairs of worn out blue jeans.

I don't own horses but I love this...would be great for sewing as I'm constantly miss placing my scissors and blades.

I believe it is called a 'Pull Through' - it is just a simple device to pull the end of the braid through the base of the braid to make a neat little knob or 'fag' (cigarette shape).
