I think we have all had fun posting HAVE and WANT lists in the past...helps whomever gets each of us as a partner.

HAVE: misc yarn leftover from large lot from the thrift store, knitting needles, large bolts of fabric 1-2+ yards, vintage patterns, possibly bias tape and rick rack and zippers, some assorted scrapbook items, applique cut out and some needing to be cut out, other misc odds n ends...likely more to come once I clean out craft room some next week.

WANT: BEADS!!  I can never have enough Smiley  Cute print fabrics, 2 and 4 way stretch knits, jersey knits in 2+ yards for skirts and dresses, Sew Kwik patterns SPECIFICALLY (bags, purses, skirts, tops, dresses, aprons...especially aprons!), fusible interfacing, new rotary cutter, spools of thread in black and white, buttons, any other helpful sewing and beading notions you can find to trade

TheSaphireMoon, I would probably be able to help you out with the beads and sewing items.  I have quite a bit of sewing things, I have tried sewing but I can't get the hang of it.  Over the years, I have picked up lots of craft grab bags from Goodwill, I am addicted to them!  I seem to have a little bit of everything.

I love misc. crafting items.  I like to try different crafts.

I have the whole week off of work starting the 19th, so I plan to organize my craft room and find hidden treasures.

I'm the same way with misc grab bags at the thrift.  My most recent finds were the HUGE-O bag of yarn and knit needles and a bag of appliques to cut out, holiday themed.

Would be MORE than happy to take some sewing goods off ya!

Guess I'll joint the fun  Cheesy

HAVE: lots of random craft supplies, foam, scraps of fabric (quilting size approx), beads, sewing/embroidery supplies, books I planned to recycle for papercrafting but never did, popicle sticks, poly clay, scrapbooking/decoupage paper, random ephemera, some yarn, etc. It kind of runs all across the board.

edit: also have embroidery cloth (lots!), crayons

WANT: paper/ephemera, beads, stamping supplies (actually a kit would be incredible - sooo want to get into that craft), buttons, scrabble tiles, matchboxes, bamboo tiles, possibly a needle felting kit (new craft i wanna give a go to), whatever random cool stuff I could possible recycle into my crafting.

******Organizational Note******

I am pretty sure I am going to need a co-organizer.  We still have a week to go and nearly at that point.  If anyone is interested let me know.

Wanted: One helpful crafter willing to lose sleep over worries of helping the make sure a swap runs smoothly.  Must be sort of organized and able to deal with a semi-scatterbrained organizer.  I can't promise you long walks on the beach or moonlit strolls, but I can promise midnight emails and possibly some gray hairs!  Please apply within!

Yippee!!!  I'm excited to trade goodies  Smiley  I just sent my info.  The funny thing is that this very well might not deplete my stash at all... or anyone else's for that matter, it's more of a trade off.  But at the same time, I guess it might lessen my fabric load and I might gain some other stuff that will go elsewhere... which will help.  haha, I might even wind up with more tradeable stuff before we even get partners, I have a thrift store addiction  Cheesy

*WAVES REALLY BIG* Hey Murbeck. Been missing you girl! What are you looking to receive? You can lessen your fabric load on me any day!  Grin

Just signed up, wheee! I, too, thought "Oh hey! It's a stash-buster! Aren't I proud of myself!" and then realized that I'd be getting a box back, so... maybe not so much a stash-buster as a stash-enhancer. Also, I think this'll help me (and a lot of others) take stock of what we have/don't have and need/don't need. After all, we all want to send the bestest stuff to our partners, but it's hard to find it if you don't even know what you've got. Wink
