Happy Holidays, everyone Kiss....

What better way to jump start your holiday, than with a cheesy heart attack roll. Well, that's exactly what we woke up to Christmas morning. My mom made this one... I have seen Bacon and cheese rolls on the internet and even posted on here. Usually it only contains cheese n bacon hence the name. But, mommy dearest who loves potatoes with every meal and is not that fond of cheese, decided to add a bonus to the B 'n C Roll. Hash Browns... Ummmm..... Here's the finished Log of goodness...

Below is how it came to be:

Time to layer it up:

Roll it Up:

Then, Stick it back in the oven to melt the cheese,

Then Enjoy...Maybe I'll just eat salads for the rest of the week. Just a thought.

Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy 2009

***P.S. I forgot to mention before, we used a whole regular sized package of bacon.***

This look scrumptious.  I might have to try it with turkey bacon and reduced fat cheese.  I doubt my weightwatchers leader would understand if I whipped it up as is.  Mmmmm....I can't wait.

This looks like some yummy, delicious, bacon-y goodness. I love the weaved bacon! Was it baked before hand or fried? I will be trying this recipe this Saturday. Cheesy

It was pre-baked, then layered, then baked again for about 2 minutes more or so... Really just to get the cheese to melt, because the hash browns were cooked with a bit of onions, while the weaved bacon was in the oven.
