June Gallery of Completed Projects

A little inside joke wedding present for my boss on her wedding day. H1N1 became huge news just a day or two after they had booked their honeymoon to Mexico, so I thought it was appropriate to outfit the bride & groom in "protective" face masks to coordinate with their wedding colors and graphic elements.

A quick knit Father's Day present, after dad complained though the coffee was good, his new french press didn't keep it warm for very long. By the time father's day rolled around, he had already broken the pressof course!

Project #24 - May Quilt Square

Longest quilt square ever! 49 handmade 1.5" yo-yos, hand stitched together, then onto a backing fabric (times 2). It will be a VERY long time until I make another yo-yo.

I have been gone for awhile not being very crafty. I decided that July was a good month to get back to my craftyness so I did. I have changed my focus a little, I now want to make as much baby stuff and Christmas stuff as I can done, so that when I have my baby in November I don't have to worry about it. I also want to finish all my WIP before then (yeah right I really don't think this will happen, but one can dream)
